12 YEARS A SLAVE LEADS BLACK FILM CRITICS CIRCLE'S CHOICES

An offshoot from the African-American Film Critics Association, the Black Film Critics Circle has announced its picks for 2013, and they're fairly different from AAFCA's. In both cases, though, 12 Years a Slave has rallied to significant wins.
