Having read about it, this doesn't sound like a strict adaptation of George Orwell's classic novel 1984. And you wouldn't think it, since it's being directed by Drake Doremus (Like Crazy, Breathe In) and since it will star Nicolas Hoult and Kristen Stewart as romantic leads. Are you as perplexed as I am?
