The 11th to the 19th of June - those are the dates for the 2014 Los Angeles Film Festival. Bong Joon Ho's Snowpiercer, which may or may not be worth the huge wait for western audiences, will open the festival, much to Los Angeleans' delight, I'd bet. That'll be 16 days prior to its limited release in the US.
