I gather from the trailer and from what reviews I have perused that what you see above is pretty indicative of what you see in Roberto Minervini's Stop the Pounding Heart. The film, which showed at last year's Cannes Film Festival, is the third of the director's Texan-set low-key dramas, and it has garnered good responses from critics.
