Abel Ferrara continues to pull no punches as a filmmaker, and his reportedly scandalous new film, Welcome to New York, supposedly finds the NYC native back to his best. Starring Gerard Depardieu and Jacqueline Bisset, the satire is screening at Cannes to some of Ferrara's strongest reviews in years.
