WONDERFUL REVIEWS FOR THE WONDERS AT CANNES

As one of only two female directors competing for the Palme d'Or at this year's Cannes Film Festival, the pressure was on Alice Rohrwacher to deliver with her film The Wonders. Those who speculated that she may already have the Palme in the bag will probably be enthused to read that The Wonders has been met with much acclaim chez La Croisette. Read the largely positive reviews from Deborah Young in The Hollywood Reporter, Barbara Scharres in RogerEbert.com, Robbie Collin in The Telegraph, Adam Woodward in Little White Lies, Peter Bradshaw in The Guardian, Jay Weissberg in Variety, John Bleasdale in Cine-Vue and Mike D'Angelo in The Dissolve all here.
