A bad ruling on David Dobkin's The Judge, the opening night gala at TIFF 2014. Warner Bros. will have been hoping that this might serve as a serious shot at Oscar for cast, which includes Robert Downey Jr. and Robert Duvall, and crew alike, but such prospects look very unlikely now.
