Paramount's Marilyn Monroe, the timeless Swedish beauty, Anita Ekberg, has died, aged 83. The model and actor is known for her film roles in Boccaccio '70, Intervista and, most famously, Federico Fellini's La Dolce Vita, where she contributed an integral part to one of cinema's most famous single shots. The outspoken and beloved star died due to complications from an illness. She will live on forever in the iconic images of which she was an invaluable part, as a legend of the silver screen.
