La Binoche, thereabouts the most watchable performer in cinema today, and Respire's talented Lou de Laage star in Piero Messina's debut feature film The Wait. The film premiered last September at Venice, where it was the recipient of three major awards and a nominee for the Golden Lion. The above trailer is very promising, for a film that looks to herald the start of a very promising career in feature film directing. Released in the US on the 29th of April.
