SPIRIT AWARDS 2016: MOONLIGHT SWEEPS THE DAY


Good for you, Film Independent. Just pretty good pretty much all around. Moonlight wins six Spirit Awards, amounting to every last one of its nominations, leaving precious little room for its competitors to garner anything - only one other, Manchester by the Sea, sneaks in anywhere. We're expecting something similarly predictable, if a lot less pleasing, with tomorrow night's Oscars. Check out their nominations (remember them?) here, and their award winners in full below:
