The PFCS sure have a lot to say, don't they? But with so much to say in favour of The Help, maybe not very many will be keen to listen. Nine nominations for the film - do they not have very many films in Phoenix? Oh still, there are some mighty pleasing nominations here - support for Super 8, Michael Fassbender and, thank goodness, Glenn Close. Glenn Close! At long last, a chance that she may play some kind of a part in this year's race. Otherwise, this is a relatively by-the-numbers bunch of nominations.
