You gotta love Werner Herzog. And the Locarno Film Festival sure does, honouring the German director with its Pardo d'Onore Swisscom Award. The festival will run from the 7th of August to the 17th. I'm all up for anything for Werner. I mean, he did eat his shoe. He did.
