Following on from their feature film nominations last week, today the DGA nominated its five choices for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Documentary 2013. I've seen four of the five films they nominated and they're all very good. Particularly encouraging is the fact that three of the nominated five directors are women. That's the way of the world in the documentary end of the industry, actually. Winners will be announced on the 25th of January.
