Not many film awards to go around from the Cinema Audio Society, so why did they have to make such uninspired choices? Birdman wins the group's award for Live Action Motion Pictures, even though its sound mixing was rly just serviceable. Big Hero 6 wins for Animated Motion Pictures, which I find somewhat more understandable, though the film is hardly that much better. Check out the CAS' nominations here.
