To those who think Woody Allen either turns out critical darlings or critical duds, see the reviews out of Cannes for his 2015 offering, Irrational Man. Not quite the glorious praise that recent hits such as Midnight in Paris and Blue Jasmine achieved, nor the condemnation offered up to films like Scoop and Cassandra's Dream. It's one of the most talked-about (and talky, no doubt) titles thus far at the fest, so you've plenty to read up on!
