Guess which three films lead the 2015 Florida Film Critics Circle award nominations? If you've been following awards season closely, you'd likely guess Mad Max: Fury Road, Spotlight and Carol, though if you've been following it even closer, you might be inclined to omit Carol from your prediction. Thankfully, this is one southern critics group not to snub Todd Haynes' romantic masterpiece from its Best Picture slate, and indeed the film tops all others with a total eight nominations over Mad Max's seven and Spotlight's five.
