Between the walk-outs and "WTF?!"s, Swiss Army Man actually picked up some very promising reviews at the Sundance Film Festival when it premiered there in January. The first feature film directed by Dan Kwan and Daniel Scheinert (aka 'Daniels') also won the pair Sundance's Directing Award. A limited release in the US has been scheduled by distributors A24 (a perfect fit for the material) for the 17th of June, with an expansion planned for the 1st of July. This is the first trailer for the experimental comedy starring Paul Dano and Daniel Radcliffe.

BOSTON CRITICS AWARD SPOTLIGHT BEST PICTURE OF 2015 IN SHOW OF LOCAL SUPPORT

It was, reportedly, a sure thing that Spotlight was the Best Picture winner from the Boston Society of Film Critics once the votes were in. No big surprise, given that the film about Boston journalists had already taken awards for Screenplay and Ensemble Cast from the group. Elsewhere, Love & Mercy picked up two awards, including a tie for Paul Dano with The Revenant's Oscar-tipped lead Leonardo DiCaprio. All the details below:

GOTHAM AWARDS 2015 - SPOTLIGHT WINS BEST FEATURE

Mere hours away from the true start of awards season, the Gotham jury announced their choices for the finest in film and TV of 2015. Tom McCarthy's journalism drama Spotlight won the top award, Best Feature, also taking Best Screenplay in a potential show of strength that could be emulated as the critics awards roll out through December.
