An eclectic bunch of winners here, but a good bunch. Strangely (considering the way things have been progressing lately), The Artist walks off with only Best Score, an award which it has been sweeping up anyway thus far. The Descendants, on the other hand, takes three, although has yet to win a Best Director award from anywhere. Emmanuel Lubezki continues his clean-up of the Cinematography awards (not one lost yet) and any group which rewards Michael Fassbender and Tilda Swinton gets my respect.
