That Top 10 is great, isn't it? So many of my favourite films of the year: Shame, Melancholia, Drive, Midnight in Paris, The Tree of Life, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - k, I haven't seen it, but I expect it to be pretty damn good, based on my own tastes and expectations. Other than that, I'm not a big fan of these results - Clooney, Williams and Spencer aren't the most exciting choices, and I can't help but think that people must be voting for The Skin I Live In purely because it's Almodovar, because it's pretty shit. And in what sense is The Hangover Part II not obviously one of the year's worst films? At least they mentioned it.
