They're gonna have to find someone pretty damn good to fill Christian Bale's shoes, since this kind of amounts to a Batman reboot, and while that was half-viable with Spider-Man because Spider-Man 3 wasn't very well received, The Dark Knight Rises was a ginormous hit. Val Kilmer and George Clooney put the Michael Keaton thing down pretty swiftly (blame Joel Schumacher, actually), so what'll the reception be when someone else fills Batman's suit this time?

And, apparently, the Avengers sequel will be titled The Avengers: Age of Ultron. That's such a shit title! But it suits the franchise. Shit.
