Since 1916, there's been this teeny weeny little Warner Bros. short film called The Butler. Now, The Weinstein Company plan to release a humungous feature film called The Butler. And Warner Bros. don't like that. The two studios are headed to arbitration, as TWC failed to clear the film's title with the Title Registration Bureau. Yeh, there's such a thing. It's not even legally binding. And it didn't ever stop Paul Haggis making a film called Crash eight years after a far superior film with the same name was made by a far superior director. But if TWC are forced to change their film's title, I've got a damn good alternative: 'Oprah.'
