The last time a major studio rushed out a David Fincher-directed adaptation of a literary hit... it was a bloody good film! And its editors won consecutive Oscars, so there. Batman and Madea star in Gone Girl, which Fox has slated for a release date of the 3rd of October 2014, which is already under a year away. Looking forward to it!
