One of the more reputable and reliable critic groups of the season is the Southeastern Film Critics Association. This year, their choices for the pick of 2013 are skewed pretty late in the year, mostly, and though hardly a revolutionary selection, are a solid bunch nonetheless. After an unsure start to the season, Oscar favourite 12 Years a Slave continues to pick up speed, with Best Picture accolade after accolade.
