2013: WORST FILM - DEAD MAN'S BURDEN

I had to give this one some serious thought, because it had some serious competition. I have had the fortune to have seen no zero-star films from 2013, but the misfortune to have seen nine half-star films, and Dead Man's Burden, though it perhaps never reached the same depths of egregiousness as some of its fellow half-star horrors, it is one of those quite rare films with just about nothing good going for it, and was thus the best choice for this anti-accolade. The sole one-star film on the Top 10 Worst Films of the Year list, Kick-Ass 2, may be the best of this extremely bad bunch, but it earned its position on there all the same.
