CANNES: HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2 LOOKS TRAINED FOR SUCCESS

Cannes isn't just the place to go for the new Nuri Bilge Ceylan, you know. It's also a popular launching pad for DreamWorks Animation films, and the studio's new sequel, How to Train Your Dragon 2 has become the latest film from the studio to premiere on the Croisette. And it looks set to follow in the footsteps of last summer's big American animated sequel Despicable Me 2 by dominating the summer box office worldwide, not only due to the popularity of its predecessor (and the lack of competition in theatres over the coming months, partly from other blockbusters but particularly from animated movies) but also due to the strong responses coming out of the festival. Check out these reviews from Leslie Felperin at The Hollywood Reporter, Drew McWeeny at HitFix, Oliver Lyttleton at The Playlist and Peter Debruge at Variety.
