BOYHOOD TAKES TOP PRIZES FROM AUSTIN FILM CRITICS ASSOCIATION

The website for the Austin Film Critics Association, should you decide to visit it, claims that the group is 'weird' and 'wildly contrarian', or at least has been... or just tries to be. Not in giving four awards, including Best Picture, to Boyhoodthat's not weird. Nor are the two wins apiece for Nightcrawler and Gone Girl - hardly even slightly contrarian.
