TIFF AWARDS 2015 AS ROOM WINS PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD


The buzz for Lenny Abrahamson's Room keeps on growing, as it beats supposed Oscar frontrunner Spotlight from Thomas McCarthy to win the coveted audience award from the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival. McCarthy's film placed third in the voting, which this year was joined by a juried awards slate for the first time in the history of TIFF, this year in its 40th edition.
