Who's gonna argue with this then? Cate Blanchett could star in a grand total of zero films in a certain year and still be worthy of this award. A tribute to Blanchett's performance in Blue Jasmine will take place at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival on the 1st of February 2014, where she'll be bestowed their Outstanding Performer of the Year award. The 29th SBIFF will run from the 30th of January to the 9th of February.
