The marketing for David Fincher's films regularly impress me, and that's perhaps something to do with his involvement in designing the promotional material for them. Sony apparently isn't too happy with the demands he's been making over the Steve Jobs biopic he's been working on, and one wonders if that has anything to do with that; this is a lovely poster for Gone Girl, I think, but will it connect with audiences not clued in to its connection? Out, as you can see, in the US on the 3rd of October, and here in the UK on the same date.
