We've been hearing a lot about Kristian Levring's Western in the last few days, not least due to its Cannes screening. The Salvation doesn't appear to have much commercial potential outside of mainland Europe, and few release dates have been secured as yet, though Mads Mikkelsen's current popularity as the star of TV's Hannibal might help Levring's apparently niche project out.
